Three Florida teenagers are being praised for their quick thinking after a roadside act of kindness turned into a life-saving moment.
Logan Royer, Cody Magrone, and Brody Murray noticed 65-year-old Diego Fernandez-Delgado struggling with a flat tire in Cooper City, Florida. His phone had died, leaving him stranded and trying to handle the situation alone.
The teens stepped in to help, but soon realized the man was not just dealing with car trouble. In the intense heat, he appeared weak and seriously unwell. Concerned, the boys immediately called 911 and stayed with him until help arrived.
According to officials, Fernandez-Delgado was showing early signs of a heart attack and was too ill to speak on the phone himself. First responders later said the students’ quick actions may have saved his life.
The man has since recovered and is now back home with his family.
His son shared a powerful message after the incident, saying, “God didn’t send angels with wings. He sent those boys.”
The story has touched many people online, serving as a reminder that sometimes a simple decision to stop and help can make all the difference.
