Chick-fil-A<\/a> has officially announced its fall menu, and it features an item that fans have been asking the fast-food chain to bring back for more than a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chick-fil-A Unveils Its Limited-Time Fall Menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday, August 12, fast-food giant Chick-fil-A<\/a> announced its fall menu, which will be available for a limited time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This season\u2019s lineup includes Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches, a S\u2019mores Milkshake, and a S\u2019mores Frosted Coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new offerings are part of Chick-fil-A\u2019s year-long \u201cNewstalgia\u201d initiative, which takes classic favorites and gives them a fresh twist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the restaurant, the Chicken & Waffles Sandwich will be available as a breakfast option during regular breakfast hours, while a larger entr\u00e9e-sized version will be offered from 10:30 a.m. until closing, giving customers the chance to enjoy it for both lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The S\u2019mores Milkshake combines Chick-fil-A\u2019s signature Icedream\u00ae dessert with chocolate shortbread and graham cracker crumbles, marshmallow-flavored syrup, and marshmallow-flavored whipped topping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the S\u2019mores Frosted Coffee features custom cold-brewed coffee blended with marshmallow-flavored syrup and Chick-fil-A\u2019s signature Icedream\u00ae dessert, along with chocolate shortbread and graham cracker crumbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking about the new fall offerings, Allison Duncan, Chick-fil-A\u2019s Director of Menu and Packaging, said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn this year of Newstalgia-inspired celebrations, we wanted to bring something unique this fall by reimagining the comforting flavors our Guests crave this time of year, delivering a taste that feels both familiar and new to appeal to all ages. Both Chicken & Waffles and S\u2019mores are much-loved classics, and we challenged ourselves to bring those flavors to our menu in a playful and unexpected way. After seeing the incredible response and excitement from Guests in our test markets, we couldn\u2019t wait to share these flavors nationwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Other Newstalgia offerings released earlier this year include Frosted Sodas, Frosted Floats, Classic Cups, merchandise, and updated packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chicken & Waffles Were First Tested 12 Years Ago<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The history of Chick-fil-A\u2019s Chicken & Waffles offering goes back more than a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On August 26, 2014, the Los Angeles Times<\/em> reported that Chick-fil-A had begun testing a Chicken & Waffles breakfast item at select restaurants, including a location in California\u2019s Inland Empire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the time, the breakfast offering was promoted as a \u201cbetter for you\u201d option for customers looking to make healthier choices. The Chicken & Waffles breakfast item contained 440 calories and just 9 grams of fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the test received a positive response, Chick-fil-A did not revisit the idea until December 2025, when the company began testing Chicken & Waffles again\u2014this time in sandwich form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From December 1, 2025, through January 24, 2026, select Chick-fil-A locations in Baltimore, Maryland, and San Antonio, Texas, tested the new sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, after years of anticipation and another successful test, Chicken & Waffles are finally making their way onto Chick-fil-A\u2019s nationwide fall menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
