One of the most controversial couples on Bravo’s The Valley is officially stepping away from the reality series.
Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko revealed on social media Tuesday that they will not be returning for Season 4 of the Bravo show, which serves as a spinoff of Vanderpump Rules.
In a statement shared online, the married couple explained that they are choosing to focus on their family and personal well-being.
“We wanted to share a quick update that we will not be returning to The Valley,” Sanchez and Booko said. “We’re incredibly grateful for this experience, but our priority is protecting our peace and our family.”
The couple went on to emphasize that their relationship and children remain their top priority.
“We are fully committed to each other and our beautiful children,” they continued. “We want to thank everyone for all the love and support you’ve shown us. Thank you to Bravo and the team for everything. We are looking forward to what the next chapter brings.”
Sanchez and Booko were part of The Valley from the beginning, appearing throughout all three seasons. Much of their storyline centered on their family life as parents to four young children, including twin daughters born only weeks before production began.
However, their time on the series became increasingly difficult during Seasons 2 and 3.
In Season 2, Booko faced accusations of inappropriate behavior from fellow cast members Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli. The situation became a major storyline on the show. Booko eventually apologized, and the cast attempted to put the controversy behind them.
The situation also brought attention to concerns surrounding Booko’s drinking and behavior. At various points, his actions were described by fellow cast members as increasingly erratic, leaving some of them uncomfortable.
Throughout the criticism, Sanchez consistently stood by her husband. At the same time, some of her co-stars expressed concerns about the way Booko spoke to her.
One particularly tense moment occurred when Booko spoke sharply to Sanchez, prompting Lala Kent to step in. The interaction became an important storyline as the season continued.
Tensions remained high during Season 3, with Booko once again facing criticism from several members of the cast.
One of the most memorable confrontations came after Booko referred to Jason Caperna’s knee injury as a “bum knee.” Jason’s wife, Janet Caperna, reacted by throwing a drink at Booko.
The disagreement continued beyond the incident and remained unresolved during the reunion, leaving viewers questioning whether the cast lineup could look different in the future.
Now, Sanchez and Booko have confirmed that they will be moving on from the series after three seasons.
Alongside Sanchez and Booko, The Valley features an ensemble cast that includes Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick, Brittany Cartwright, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Zack Wickham, Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Jason Caperna, Janet Caperna, Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli.
For Sanchez and Booko, their departure marks the end of a highly discussed chapter on the Bravo series as they turn their attention toward their family and whatever comes next.
